About BNA Web Design

At BNA Web Design, we do more than build websites. We build strong digital foundations that allow your business to grow, scale, and thrive.

Our Story

Founded by Bill Cooper, BNA Web Design brings decades of hands-on experience in web development, e-commerce, and digital strategy. Bill began building websites professionally in 1998, when his first client, Connect The Tots, needed a digital space to unite new parents and promote local playgroups in Reading, Massachusetts. What started as a simple online community quickly sparked a passion for building web-based solutions that serve real people.

Bill’s passion for web design took off when Microsoft was positioning FrontPage as its WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) web design tool. He built a catalog of more than 300 website templates, setting up a secure instant delivery methodology for customers, and was featured in Microsoft’s “FrontPage Insider” newsletter.

He later launched BuckABall.com, an early e-commerce platform offering over 1,700 sporting goods products to customers in the U.S. and Canada. That experience managing vendors, logistics, design, and customer satisfaction became the foundation for helping others succeed online.
